For a fast and universal hot glueing of many materials, with a mechanical heading. The combination table shows you which material combinations are possible. Look for the material that should be glued together on the left and on top of the table. Where the two columns overlap (coordinate), you will find a number indicating the strength of the bond.

Application:
Insert the hot-melt glue stick, heat the hot glue gun up for 7 minutes, actuate the feed and apply the adhesive on one side. For flexible materials, apply adhesive in a zig-zag-pattern and for rigid materials in punctiform. For larger workpieces, apply large dots of adhesive (open time is longer). Depending on the substrate and the amount of adhesive, the bonding time can varry from 20 seconds to 2 minutes. Optimum bonding requires fast work. Glue joints are firm and can be used after approx. 2 minutes.

Important:
If the heating-up time is too short, the adhesive stick cannot melt properly. Pulling the trigger too soon can damage the feed element. The hot glue gun can then no longer be used.

Handling:
Glue joints must be dry, dust- and grease-free. Materials that cool down quickly (e.g. stones, metal etc.) should be preheated. Not suitable for soft PVC, polystyrene and polythylene.

Note:
The adhesive can become very hot when liquid. Do not touch it, there is a danger of burns. Avoid working above the head.
