For a safe, fast and universal glueing of many materials, with a mechanical heading. Glue sticks combine materials such as softwood, hardwoof, stone, concrete, steel, non-ferrous metals, glass, ceramics, textiles, cardboard and various plastics. LOW MELT – also suitable for heat-sensitive materials.

Application:
The adhesive joints must be dry and free of dust and grease. Preheat cold materials. Insert hot-melt glue stick, allow 5 minutes to heat up and actuate the food to apply the adhesive on one side and press the materials firmly into place. For flexible materialy, apply adhesive in a zig-zag-pattern and for rigid materials in punctiform. Fast working increases the strenght of the glue. Do not work on large areas at once. Open time can varry from 10 seconds to 1 minute depending on the amount of ashesive used and the material that need to be glued together. Gue joints are firm and loadable after approx. 2 minutes.

Important:
If the heating-up time is too short, the adhesive stick cannot melt properly. Pulling the trigger too soon can damage the feed element. The hot glue gun can then no longer be used.

Note:
The adhesive can become very hot when liquid. Do not touch it, there is a danger of burns. Avoid working above the head.
